The Basic Package:

This package is the most popular because our deep cleaning process ensures every inch of your shelter is touched by hand a minimum of 3 times, leaving you with a fresh and clean shelter. Our teams begin by removing everything from the shelter to ensure it has been cleaned before returning it to its proper place. We will then sweep and vacuum to remove all debris, dust, spiderwebs, insects, and rodents. This prepares the way for a degreasing scrub down that removes auto grease, insect residue, rodent waste, and rust. The entire shelter is dried by hand with microfiber cloths then a disinfectant and deodorizer is applied to kill bacteria and viruses, and neutralize odors on all surfaces. Any supplies you wish to be returned to the shelter are rechecked before returned to the shelter. We place an LED puck light to help you to see as you enter the shelter. A Humidity absorber and deodorizer is placed to help maintain the freshness of the shelter over time. Lastly, an insect and rodent trap is deployed to take care of any insects or rodents that do make their way past the 12-month insect barrier that is applied to the area around your newly cleaned and prepared safe space. 

The Comfort Package:

This package includes all the components of the Basic Package and more. In addition, your shelter is stocked with emergency food, water, and supplies. These supplies will ensure you and your family's basic needs are met should you need to seek shelter. Whether it is for just a few minutes waiting for the storm to pass or you are significantly affected by a severe weather event. Keep in mind that these events are not limited to tornadoes but also include power outages, deep freezes, and shelter in place situations. Supplies included in your sealed carry tote are energy bars, trail mix, beef jerky, a cooling fan, soft heavy-duty wool blanket, additional LED lighting, and a medical kit. Most importantly, you will have an ample supply of bottled drinking water.

The Complete Package:

This package includes all the components of the Comfort Package and more. In addition, your carry tote will include a high quality hand-crank and/or solar powered emergency radio, flashlight, and USB charging port so you can maintain a good charge on your cell phone or any other USB compatible device. The ability to maintain communication with those outside of your shelter can be crucial during an event. Coloring/Activity books and markers will help keep children occupied along with a deck of playing cards for older children and adults. Finally, this package comes with a Go-Kit Firesafe. The safe has a carrying handle is small enough to carry from an easily accessible location of your choice in the home so you can keep your valuables safe with you in the shelter. We recommend keeping jewelry, keepsakes, and insurance documents in your Go-Kit Firesafe.
